ONE Experience FAQs

ONE Experience holidays are a very special range of escorted solo holidays from One Traveller. For each ONE Experience holiday, we’ll charter a whole cruise ship, or book out an entire hotel, reserving the venue exclusively for our mature solo travellers. When you book your ONE Experience holiday you can also add an additional premium pre-departure service to your holiday at no additional cost. You can choose from one of the following options:

• A door-to-door chauffeur service from home to the airport, your Pre-Holiday Get-Together hotel, or to St. Pancras International Railway Station*.
• A place on our Pre-Holiday Get-Together the night before your holiday gets underway.
• A regional flight to London from your local UK airport.

*Chauffeured car service is included for mainland GB addresses and journeys of up to 100 miles. Additional mileage supplements apply.

In advance of your holiday, we will arrange a suitable collection time and location (the default is from your home address, but you can request collection from elsewhere if you so wish). Upon arrival, your chauffeur will load your luggage and take you to your destination – in good time, great comfort and style*!

Important information about the ONE Experience chauffeur service.

• The service is available to and from mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales (Great Britain) only.
• The ONE Experience door-to-door chauffeur service will include one (1) outbound and one (1) inbound car journey to addresses of your choosing. Any additional transportation you require outside of this allowance is to be arranged by you and at your own expense.
• One Traveller holds no responsibility for any missed flights or rail journeys if you have directly asked the chauffeur company to change the pickup time from that originally organised.
• If you request, live close to or live conveniently en-route with another One Traveller guest and both parties are happy to share a vehicle, this may be accommodated by the chauffeur service provider. If the journey will be over 100 miles both parties will be contacted and must agree to share the additional mileage cost.
• The maximum luggage allowance is two pieces at 20kg each per person. Note that this may be different to the allowances offered by other suppliers during your holiday.

Break up long airport journeys and take the worry out of arriving on time. Join our representative and some of your fellow travellers for dinner, drinks and an overnight stay at a hotel close to your departure airport the night before you travel. For holidays that depart by Eurostar, we operate our Pre-Holiday Get-Together at a central London hotel a short distance from St. Pancras International station. Opt for a flight from your local UK regional airport to Heathrow or Gatwick (subject to availability) and say goodbye to long journeys to London. We’ll carefully research the best times for you to suit your onward journey requirements.
