For those preferring to make their own way to the departure airport or railway station, or who are perhaps worried about arriving on time for particularly early outbound journeys, we’re happy to help! For an entirely stress-free start to the holiday while also breaking the ice with fellow travellers, join our Pre-Holiday Get-Together. Based in a 4* hotel, conveniently placed close to the departure terminal, check in for an overnight stay the day before the holiday gets underway. Meet our representative and fellow travellers, enjoying a three-course dinner followed by a night in a double room for sole occupancy. We include a private transfer to the terminal the next morning. 

For longer journeys, we can arrange domestic flights from local regional airports to London (please enquire at the time of booking). 

*Our door-to-door transfer service is included for mainland GB addresses up to 100 miles from the departure point. Additional mileage supplements will apply. 

What about meals and drinks? 

Nearly all meals and drinks are included during our ONE Experience holidays. Some even offer full board or special drinks packages. Enjoy relaxed evenings in together at the hotel or in the ship’s restaurant, special tastings of local delicacies, scenic picnics and authentic meals out with the locals in carefully selected restaurants. We’ll even take care of gratuities whenever we can, too!
