Pre-Holiday Get Together
It’s the perfect way to start your One Traveller journey. You’ll join our representative and some of your fellow travellers for dinner, drinks and an overnight stay at a hotel close to your departure airport.
Your One Traveller representative will greet you on arrival and you can relax before dinner. The ice will be truly broken with your fellow One Travellers over included welcome drinks and a three-course dinner, all hosted by your representative, who will be there to answer any questions about the holiday.
The following morning breakfast is included as well as a private transfer to the airport where your representative will assist with checking in.
It’s a great start to your holiday and highly recommended for first time solo travellers and anyone feeling at all apprehensive.

Train Pre-Holiday Get Together
For our holidays that travel by Eurostar, we operate our Pre-Holiday Get-Together in central London hotels a short distance from St. Pancras International station.
It’s a great start and highly recommended for first time solo travellers and anyone feeling somewhat apprehensive.

Our Pre-Holiday Get-Togethers typically operate for holidays with a morning departure flight. On all other holidays, or if returning on a late flight, we can arrange bed and breakfast in a 4-star airport hotel.

Luggage Delivery Service
At One Traveller we are always looking at ways to take the strain out of travelling so you can focus on relaxing and enjoying your holiday.
You can pre-book a luggage delivery service with One Traveller and have your luggage collected from your home and delivered to your hotel for the start of your holiday. This service is provided by ‘The Baggageman’. Please note that dependent upon the tour and departure date your luggage will be collected approximately 5 to 7 working days prior to your holiday for UK departures and 5 to 10 working days prior to your holiday for Rail holidays.
Our Luggage Delivery Service is most popular if you are taking a UK holiday and using public transport or joining one of our holidays by rail.

LHR Drive
LHR Drive are a Heathrow-based family-run private transport company with a fleet of over sixty vehicles and a dedicated team. We have used them on our airport transfers from our Pre-Holiday Get-Togethers for many years and highly recommend them. High standards are delivered by security checked, uniformed and highly trained Chauffeurs who will ensure that you start and end your holiday relaxed and in comfort. Service is delivered in Mercedes E or V Class vehicles (or equivalent) presented in showroom condition and maintained to the highest standards.
One Traveller guests receive a specially negotiated 10% discount on all journeys.
