Due to continued expansion, we are excited to announce new opportunities for experienced Tour Managers to join the award-winning One Traveller team.

Founded in 2007 by our director Ian, a former Tour Manager himself, One Traveller has built a reputation for exceptional guest service and attention to detail. Our guests return year after year because of the outstanding solo holiday experiences we deliver.

If you have experience leading tours for well-known operators and are passionate about travel and customer service, we would love to meet you.

• Find out about current and future Tour Manager opportunities

About the Role

Our Tour Managers play a vital role in delivering exceptional holidays. You will:

• Lead groups of mature solo travellers and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable holiday experience
• Support first-time solo travellers so they feel comfortable, included, and able to make new friends
• Ensure individual needs and special requests are handled with care and professionalism
• Represent One Traveller as an ambassador with our trusted partners and suppliers
• Deliver such outstanding service that guests choose to travel with us again and again

We’re looking for candidates who:

• Have a minimum of two years’ experience leading tours or guiding groups
• Are confident, organised, and passionate about travel
• Enjoy working with people and providing exceptional customer service
• Can work independently and manage groups with confidence
• Are well travelled (a second language is an advantage)
