Celebrate Christmas in a mild climate, where a touch of the exotic is closer to home than you would think. Morocco is a magic carpet ride from the snow-dusted Atlas Mountains, through Marrakech's thronging medinas to petal-strewn serenity in a Fez riad (traditional house). It is a place where spirituality rises with the first adhan (call to prayer), where cities are urban labyrinths and where runaway donkeys rule the souks.
This holiday takes in the bustling Art Deco port and the silver-screen legend which is Casablanca. The symmetry of the Hassan II, the largest mosque outside Mecca, is breath-taking. Ancient and modern collide in the tree-fringed boulevards of the European-influenced capital, Rabat. Inland, the Imperial cities of Marrakech and Fez whisk you back to the middle ages. Under French rule from 1912 to 1956, Morocco also has a European flavour which is reflected in the chic marina and promenade of the coastal resort of Agadir, and its golden sands, where you will welcome in the New Year.
With all excursions, meals, included drinks on some days, entertainment and a full range of landscapes and vistas let us take you away to a magnificent land of contrasts.
