It’s a busy time of year at One Traveller and we’re delighted to have so many of you joining us for your Christmas and New Year celebrations. We cannot wait to welcome you all on your holiday.

Please note that team members will be on-hand to assist guests with check-in at our Pre-Holiday Get-Togethers prior to our Festive departures. We will also have staff members in the office early on all holiday departure days to answer any queries you may have in relation to festive departures.
If you are due to travel with us over the festive season, or are currently on one of our holidays and need to speak with us urgently, you will find our 24-hour emergency contact details listed in your holiday paperwork.

Guest portal – Remember, you can review your booking details, add insurance and emergency contact information, make balance payments and redeem your Rodina Reward vouchers all via your guest portal.
