Andrea Bocelli’s summer concert in his home town of Lajatico is a magical evening of great music.  Bocelli’s open-air amphitheatre, Teatro del Silenzio (Theatre of Silence) opened in 2006 in the heart of the Tuscan hills.  The tenor hosts just one concert every summer in his theatre and is accompanied on stage by many other acclaimed guests and international artists, as well as the magnificent Italian Philharmonic Orchestra; and then it remains silent for the rest of the year (hence its name).

With reserved seats in the Poltronissima section you can be assured of a magical evening of great music with a mix of opera, classical and songs that made the Maestro famous, added with the sumptuous sets and choreographies under the warm summer sky of Lajatico.

We include days in Tuscany’s finest Renaissance cities, with a guided tour of Pisa with its well-maintained Romanesque buildings, Gothic churches and piazzas and of course the iconic Leaning Tower.  Also, a day exploring the ancient walled city of Lucca, one of the most loved cities of Tuscany and a day in Florence, widely celebrated as the most beautiful city in Italy. For a more relaxed day we venture to the rolling hills and vineyards to enjoy an olive oil and wine tasting with lunch in a rural wine cellar.
