Do you currently have credit with us from a previous booking which you’d like to use towards a 2022 holiday?
Redeeming your credit couldn’t be easier, simply choose your desired holiday and create your booking online via our website by logging in or entering your details, then click through to the payment stage to save your booking and send a short email to our team at email@example.com informing us that you wish to use your available credit and we’ll take care of the rest. It really is that straightforward. If we require an additional payment from you to secure your place, a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible during our office hours.
Remember, you can easily check if you have any outstanding credit available to redeem by signing in to your Guest Portal account and clicking on the Credits option. For more information about accessing and using the Guest Portal please click here.
You can also use any Rodina Rewards which you may have towards your new booking deposit. Simply select the reward(s) which you wish to redeem when signed in and we'll take the value away from your initial booking deposit.
