INTRODUCING OUR GUEST PORTAL

We are very excited to let you know about our brand-new guest portal!


The portal will allow you to instantly view all your holiday bookings and information that we have for you on a secure site where updates can be made instantly, at your convenience, without the need for letters or lengthy correspondence. We invite you to take a look and see how easy it is to use.



What are the benefits for you in using our guest portal?


• View all holidays booked past, present and future.
• View which extras you have booked such as the pre-holiday get-together, connecting flights and any flight or room upgrades etc.
• Refresh your memory on the flight times for your holiday.
• Check which payments have been made and your outstanding balance.
• View copies of all documents that have been sent to you as well as download and print them.
• Inform us of a change of address, passport details, next of kin or holiday insurance.


All this in your time, any time of day with instant access with your convenience in mind. A separate email will be sent after your first booking with your password so you can (should you wish to) log on right away and get started.


We will still send you everything about your current booking by email or by post – the portal however is a one stop shop where you can find everything in one place. This should make your holiday booking administration simple and available at a time that is convenient to you 24 hours a day. We do hope you like it and of course welcome any feedback or questions that you may have about it.
