What does 'Click to enquire' mean?

A number of our holidays later in the year may currently show as ‘Click to enquire’ online. This term is used for various reasons, but will generally mean that we have temporarily pressed pause on accepting new bookings. Reasons for this can range from an included element of the holiday potentially being unavailable and an alternative is still being sourced, to delays in local arrangements being confirmed with suppliers or other such issues.
The ‘Click to enquire’ status does not mean that the holiday is cancelled, but that we need to ascertain the correct information and inform those guests already booked of any changes. Once we are happy that the holiday can operate as advertised, we then remove the ‘Click to enquire’ status and can continue to take bookings, advising new joiners of any new alterations.
Since the government roadmap was set out, we have seen an increase in bookings and enquiries. With many of our suppliers gradually returning to work and opening up again, we have been able to re-instate a number of departures that were listed as ‘Click to enquire’ to ‘Available’ as well as adding a number of additional departures and products due to popularity.
