Coronavirus - An important update

We currently are facing an unprecedented situation that affects you, our extended One Traveller family of travellers, the entire country and our Tour Managers, friends, local guides and suppliers in the many beautiful destinations that we feature.

We want to ensure that, like we would our own families, we offer the same care and safety to our One Traveller family of guests. Therefore, during these ever-changing times, we have created a range of options to allow you peace of mind and flexibility and allow you to still have a holiday when you feel the time is right. Perhaps a late summer or autumn break, winter further afield, festive or a holiday in 2021?

I currently have a holiday booked and am concerned about travel?

We constantly monitor all advice from the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and are acting accordingly. We have cancelled a number of holidays based on this advice and are in the process of contacting many guests on further affected holidays.

Rest assured when this happens all monies paid can be transferred to a later date of the same or another holiday in the future. We are also offering a goodwill gesture of £50 for guests that still keep a holiday booked with us should a holiday be cancelled at short notice.

I have a holiday booked and the final balance is due soon?

If you wish to transfer to a date later in the year when you feel more at ease to travel then we will waive all our usual administration fees and also protect your full deposit amount as long as this is done prior to the full balance payment date. Transfers made after the full balance payment date would be bound by our usual cancellation terms and conditions.

Please note that some flight upgrades, extras or visa pre-payments may not be recoverable but we will try on your behalf!

I wish to transfer to a 2021 holiday but this is not yet on sale?

Our Festive departures are being added to the website this week and next week our further afield departures for early 2021 will be available to book. For any 2021 holidays not yet on sale we can hold and transfer all monies once they become available and waive all our usual administration fees and also protect your full deposit amount.

Please note if you have previously cancelled a holiday within the balance due date and attempted to make an insurance claim then the above are not permitted under insurance claim regulations.



We still want you to have a wonderful holiday in the company of like-minded mature single travellers all escorted by our expert Tour Managers. Naturally we want you to feel at ease to enjoy your holiday and these measures, we hope will offer you peace of mind and above all something to look forward to.
