In an unprecedented year for the travel industry the One Traveller team is proud to announce that by the end of this week all our family of guests who requested refunds for their cancelled 2020 holidays, that were due to depart until the end of November, will have received their refunds. At all stages throughout the year our guests have been refunded ahead of the scheduled dates announced at the time of cancellation. Our entire team have worked tirelessly to process these.
Naturally our office arrangements and travel industry guidelines are designed to take bookings and send people away happily on great holidays and in the past, we have rarely had to cancel any holidays let alone almost nine months of departures. This is a situation which seemed unimaginable and for which the industry guidelines were never created. However, we were able to always be on the end of the phone or email and answer enquiries as promptly as possible.
It has been great to have so many of our guests transferring to holidays for summer and autumn 2021 and beyond as well also rebooking so that when we are ready to travel again, they have that special date in the diary and something to look forward to after this annus horribilis.
As a team dedicated to our guests and their holidays our website will always offer a range of advice and interesting articles for keeping occupied, mentally stimulated and those leisure and travel dreams alive. Our Facebook Community is also a great forum to post pictures and discuss past and future travels with kindred spirits and fellow travellers as well as being the first to hear of new and exciting developments at One Traveller.
We cannot wait to see all our guests on our 2021 holidays enjoying life enriching travel and the wonderful social experience that our holidays are. All 2021 holidays will now be covered by our One Promise giving you the full confidence to book in the knowledge that as a caring family-run company we have our guests at the heart and soul of all that we do.
