Coronavirus - A statement from One Traveller

Last Updated Wednesday 23rd September.
During September, October and November we are operating a small number of holidays where it is viable to do so. Each will follow Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office advice and regional guidelines. Some holidays have sadly been affected by some of our hotels deciding to remain closed for the remainder of the European summer and autumn season. In countries where we can operate holidays, we always follow local regulations on social gatherings and social distancing. These measures, based on local scientific guidelines, will sometimes vary to those in the UK and are updated regularly.
Additionally, as recipients of the World Travel & Tourism Council’s ‘Safe Travels’ stamp and the Visit Britain ‘We’re Good to Go!’ stamp, we work to maintain and uphold a high standard of safety and hygiene protocols throughout our guests’ time with us.
The health and safety and peace of mind of our guests and travelling staff will always remain our primary concern.
Guests on any cancelled departures are informed immediately by telephone and this is then followed up in writing, to outline their options, within 10 days. Our aim is always to keep guests informed and ensure they are reassured that their money is fully protected under the ATOL and / or ABTA consumer bonding schemes.
We continue to take bookings for our festive holidays, however, as government indications are that restrictions could be eased by Christmas for our UK departures and local guidelines in other countries where travel restrictions do not exist or may be lifted in the coming months.
In addition to our festive breaks, all 2021 holidays (with several new destinations) are now available to book. Many have chosen to do so already, giving themselves something to look forward to at a time when the world opens its doors again for travel. Our 2021 brochure will be printed at the end of the year, but all holidays can already be viewed in greater detail on our website and our brochures can be downloaded or viewed online.
Our phones are fully manned from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30 and we remain as always at your service by phone or on line.
By booking with us, a family run company, you will know that we always have our guest’s best interests at heart and we will continue to ensure that after this situation has passed you are in a stress-free position to be able to book another holiday and continue to explore the world with us!
We thank you in advance for your ongoing support, patience and understanding during these challenging times that we are all experiencing
