About Us

One Traveller Holidays was created in 2007 by people who had been working as full time Tour Managers all over the world. The idea was to give single travellers the opportunity to go away with like-minded people in a safe environment.

We knew how to run the holidays but we felt that we could run things with more attention to detail and finesse.

Our philosophy is to bring people together with like-minded interests for travel, cities, culture and cuisine. Our holidays are designed specifically for mature single travellers and a major part of our holidays is not only seeing the spectacular sights but also meeting and getting to know the other members of the group.

We appreciate taking the first step for many is a giant leap of faith and can take a lot of courage and we feel you can trust us with this decision as our experience has shown us once that leap is taken people trust us time and time again. Our Tour Managers are chosen for their caring attitudes, friendliness and extensive local knowledge which allows you to join in as much as you wish to. From the moment you book until you return home we take care of everything each step of the way; making the decision to travel on a One Traveller holiday for the first time will be one you “wish you had taken sooner”.

When you call us we pride ourselves in being a specialist holiday company as opposed to part of a large faceless corporation. The people who plan and operate some holidays as the Tour Manager are often in the office and we can answer most questions immediately as we are not a giant call centre in a far flung land but people striving to deliver a unique holiday experience. We also understand what a giant step a holiday alone for the first time can be and are ready to reassure you, allay any fears or just chat about the experience of a One Traveller holiday.

Our Staff

All our staff are knowledgeable about the destinations that we offer including the hotels that we stay in and are there to answer any questions which you may have about the holiday or travelling on your own. If you need advice then do give us a call.
