ARE YOU A FIRST TIME SINGLE TRAVELLER?
In the UK there are more and more single people. Yet there are limited options when they want to go on holiday. Nobody wants to go on holiday to be on their own, after all a holiday is about sharing experiences and having fun. So how can you go on holiday on your own and share those experiences with like-minded people without getting the feeling that you are on a matchmaking experience? Simple...you travel with ONE TRAVELLER.
There are many different reasons why people travel by themselves (bereavement, divorce, unattached, or just a break from your spouse etc.), but taking that first step always seems to be the toughest one. ONE TRAVELLER understands that travelling alone can be quite a daunting experience particularly if this is the first time for you. Rest assured that you are not alone in thinking that. The great thing about travelling as an individual is that everyone is looking forward to meeting you. Part of the experience of ONE TRAVELLER is definitely meeting like-minded people. You will not be on your own for long as you will belong to a group and as soon as the tour gets going you will meet the others in the group...Your Tour Manager is there for you. You will feel very welcome to talk to your Tour Manager about anything you like (even just to have a chat). The Tour Manager will be with you for the whole tour.
For whatever reason you wish to travel by yourself ONE TRAVELLER can help you make that first step. Whether or not you are travelling for the 20th time on your own we know that there may always be butterflies in your stomach before travelling, particularly if it is the first time. ONE TRAVELLER will take care of everything for you. All you will have to do is pack your suitcase and get yourself to the airport where you will meet your Tour Manager who will help you to check-in.
The Tour Managers role
All of our holidays are fully escorted by a highly experienced multi lingual Tour Manager who is there for the group. Your Tour Manager is there for YOU. It is their job to take care of all the travel arrangements. They will make sure you are in the right place at the right time, they will make sure you are familiar with all the customs of your place of visit, they will make sure that you are happy. That is the sole purpose of your Tour Manager, to be there for you to make sure that all your needs are taken care of.

Travelling with friends
Although the vast majority of our customers travel alone, some people who have recently become single and are not ready to go alone find it easier to travel with a friend. This is absolutely fine and it helps to build your confidence. You will soon meet our other travellers and the Tour Manager who makes it a point of making each individual feel special, after all even the Tour Manager is a single traveller.
Making that first booking:
From the moment you pick up the phone to make that first enquiry about your holiday to the moment the Tour is complete ONE TRAVELLER will look after you. One thing that we have learnt from our travellers is that they always feel better once they have booked their holiday. All you need to do is pay a deposit either over the telephone or through the post and we will do the rest. After that you just need to sit back and let the experts show you around; we have already done the hard work to carefully arrange your schedule and all you have to do is enjoy the stress free travel experience safe in the knowledge that you will not miss any of the highlights and you will be well looked after.
Just be yourself
You do not have to be an outgoing person to go on a group tour and you don’t have to be a great socialiser. The advantage of travelling with ONE TRAVELLER is that all you have to be is YOU. The experiences that you have will bring the group closer together. And the Tour Manager will always be at hand without going over the top.
