All ONE TRAVELLER customers are fully protected by our ATOL (Air Travel Organiser’s Licence). As we only sell holidays which include air travel this means that all elements of our holidays are protected by ATOL. Any money paid to us by you is covered by our ATOL.

ONE TRAVELLER IS very proud of its ATOL license because we know that it gives you, the mature single traveller the peace of mind to book on one of our short breaks in Europe or holidays in China and know that your money is protected whichever way you choose to pay (Cheque, Cash or Debit or Credit Card).

When you buy an ATOL protected air holiday package from us you will receive a Confirmation Invoice from us confirming your arrangements and your protection under our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence number 9718. In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us for an advance booking.
