VISA information
We will obtain a Russian Visa for you. You will need to send us your passport 6 weeks before departure as part of the visa process. The cost of the visa (£115.00) will be added to your confirmation invoice at the time of booking. If you are booking on the Christmas holiday then the visa fee is already included in the price. Please note that your passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the date of your return.

Pre-Holiday Get together
Pre-Holiday Get together the night before the holiday at the 4 star DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel for £120.00. This is a great way to start your holiday as you will get to meet some of your fellow travellers even before the holiday begins. The evening will be hosted by a representative from One Traveller who will be there to answer any questions you may have about the holiday. We would write to you with details of this after you have booked the holiday. This would include:
- Nights’ accommodation (with en-suite) at the Heathrow Ramada Hotel – 4 Star
- Welcome drink
- 3 course meal with tea/coffee
- Breakfast
- 1 x taxi transfer to the airport the following morning
